Dona Kaufman – BCA Director

Dona Kaufman if the Director of Bridges Community Academy. She has been with the school since its inception and was one of the original founders of the school. Prior to working at BCA, she was a Gifted Education Coordinator for the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center here in Tiffin. Mrs. Kaufman, along with Mrs. Back, founded Bridges with the original goal of providing a much needed alternative to local traditional school systems.

In here role as Director, she is responsible for the overseeing the everyday operations of the school. She also is responsible for staff oversight and evaluation, and reports directly to the BCA Board.

Mrs. Kaufman is married, and has three children.
