Good Wednesday Morning Everyone!!

Quote of the Day

"People who comprehend a thing to its very depths rarely stay faithful to it forever. For they have brought its depths into the light of day: and in the depths there is always much that is unpleasant to see."

from Nietzsche’s Human, all too Human

-submitted by Josef B.

Joke of the day

q: Why are bees’ hair always sticky?

a: Because they use honeycombs.

Topic of the day: Responsibility – 3rd pillar Accountability

An accountable person is not a victim and doesn’t shift blame or claim credit for the work of others. He considers the likely consequences of his behavior and associations. He recognizes the common complicity in the triumph of evil when nothing is done to stop it. He leads by example.

Question of the day

decrepitude (noun)

The broken state produced by decay and the infirmities of age.

The house was in such a state of decrepitude, with the paint peeling from it and the porch and stairs rotted through, that the realtor doubted he would be able to sell it.

Every morning when Aldo, Brenda, and Cory line up at the bus stop, they can choose between two busses — one yellow and one blue.

  1. Whenever Aldo takes the yellow bus, Brenda and Cory take the same bus as each other.
  2. If Brenda takes the yellow bus, Aldo and Cory take different busses from each other.
  3. If Cory takes the blue bus, Aldo takes the same bus as Brenda.

Which of the three kids always takes the same bus? What color is it?

Yesterday’s answer:

Marty Mouse was first and Mabel Mouse was last.
